Service Project: You will start in the Rec Center repairing the bee houses that were created last year. You will work on making the houses more permanent and sustainable; substituting the rolled paper in the houses for bamboo or something similar. Half way thru you will switch and work outside in the Discovery Garden – working in the garden.
NOTE: Dress appropriately; closed toed shoes, maybe a hat to protect from sun. Meet in the Social Hall of the Robert A. Lee Recreation Center 220 S. Gilbert St Iowa City, IA (It’s upstairs, the big room that looks out over the pool)
